Are you an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to maximize profitability while delivering a world-class customer experience? Our dealership is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our leadership team.

- Maximize department profitability by structuring deals for optimal gross and product penetration
- Present and sell vehicle service contracts, GAP, protection plans, and aftermarket products
- Arrange and secure vehicle financing solutions for customers
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending institutions
- Ensure accurate and compliant paperwork including title, registration, tax, and tag documentation
- Monitor and achieve monthly/annual objectives for sales, gross profit, and key expense metrics
- Establish and maintain efficient delivery processes
- Drive high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
- Support sales team performance through coaching, communication, and process consistency
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager experience required
- Proven success in deal structuring, menu presentation, and selling value-added products
- Fully versed in leasing, subprime/special finance, and lender guidelines
- Strong knowledge of state laws, compliance requirements, and dealership paperwork
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and accountability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance with a strong work ethic
- Computer literate with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
