IT Support Technician

Pay Range

$23.15 - $34.73. Actual pay rate will be based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

IT Support Technician provides front‑line support to customers in a corporate services environment. The role involves configuring and maintaining PC desktops and laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripheral devices, and application support, including Windows operating systems.

• Provide front‑line support and resolve issues while referring more complex problems to Support Engineers or leadership.
• Configure and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripheral devices, and software applications.
• Support Windows operating systems and related software.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

1–2 years of experience in software, hardware, operating systems, installation procedures, and applications preferred.

A+ Certification preferred.
