Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Material Handler – 2nd Shift at our Highland, IL location. The hourly rate for this position is $24.56 per hour, with a $0.50 shift differential. Core hours are 3:00p.m. – 11:00p.m.; overtime may be required and will exceed these hours.

- Operate rigging equipment, including nylon straps, wire braided straps, chain slings, sheet stock handler, rail rack attachment, and spreader bars.
- Operate a forklift, crane, and combi lift.
- Wear fall protection body harness and lanyard.
Basic (Required)
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience operating powered industrial trucks (forklift, crane, combi‑lift).
- Eaton does not support immigration sponsorship for this position.
- No relocation is offered; only applicants within 50 miles of Highland, IL are considered (active‑Duty military service members are exempt).
Preferred
- Prior manufacturing experience.
- Prior overhead crane operating experience.
- Availability to work overtime as required.
