Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Production Worker - 2nd Shift at our Highland, IL facility!
Core hours:
Monday
- Friday, 3:00 p.m.
- 11:00 p.m.
Hourly rate: $20.45 per hour plus a $.50 per hour shift differential. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

The Production Worker is responsible for work in all departments of the manufacturing plant
- Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout - doing various labor jobs. Some departments are more physically demanding, however, the general laborer should be capable of handling the work in all departments daily.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates who currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50‑mile radius) of Highland, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographic area limitation.

- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, and climb heights with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to frequently crouch, kneel, balance, reach above the shoulder level, push and pull with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to do repetitive action of simple grasping, and firm grasping with or without reasonable accommodations, as required.
- Ability to work comfortably around moving machinery.
- Ability to work in an environment with minimal temperature fluctuations, primarily occurring during dock door openings.
