Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Roller Mill Operator - 2nd Shift at our Highland, IL facility! The core hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory  rate for this position is $26.46 per hour plus a shift differential of $0.50 per hour. What You’ll Do

In this function, you will:

  • Set up and run all Roll-forming Mills
  • Troubleshoot
  • Stack
  • Primary adherence to the Quality Control Program
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Minimum of one year of machining experience
