Production Worker - 3rd Shift
Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division in Highland, IL is looking for a Production Worker to work the 3rd shift, Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The hourly rate is $20.45 plus a $0.50 per hour shift differential.

The Production Worker performs general labor duties in all departments of the manufacturing plant, including weld, paint, press, packing, shipping, mill, and layout. The role may involve physically demanding work, and the worker must be capable of performing tasks across all departments daily.
Basic Qualifications- Must reside within 50 miles of Highland, IL (no relocation benefit). Active duty military service members are exempt from the geographic limitation.
- Employment is only for U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents; no immigration sponsorship will be provided.
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing heights.
- Frequent crouching, kneeling, balancing, reaching above shoulder level, and pushing/pulling.
- Repetitive grasping actions.
- Ability to work comfortably around moving machinery.
- Ability to work in an environment with minimal temperature fluctuations, primarily during dock door openings.
