, we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). In this role, you'll work alongside the Director of Nursing to support daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and help deliver exceptional, resident-centered care.

- Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the Nursing Department
- Lead, mentor, coach, and support nursing staff
- Assist with care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional care
- Conduct daily rounds to support staff, identify concerns, and promote quality outcomes
- Assist with staff orientation, education, and professional development
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and person-centered care
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on teamwork and excellence
- Provide leadership support throughout the facility as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
