We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Highland, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer service.

* Efficiently manage and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts

* Lead and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards

* Handle financial transactions and manage cash flow accurately

* Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

* Assist in training and developing new team members

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Process customer orders via phone and in-person with accuracy and efficiency

* Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving store performance

* Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed

Qualifications

* Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

* Proficiency in basic math and cash handling

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting

* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business management is a plus

* Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills

* Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

* Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
