Job Summary

Now Hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers for Highland, IL. Busy before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with split shift and extra hours from trips and charters.

• Drive students safely to and from school, ensuring punctuality and adherence to routes.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑service inspections and maintain accurate student attendance logs.
• Provide a comfortable, safe environment for students, helping with behavior as needed.

• Split shift: morning pickup and afternoon drop‑off with a few free hours in between.
• Guaranteed hours per school day; no nights or weekends unless requested.
• Additional hours available on trips and charters.

• $21.63 – $25.00/HR starting wage, based on experience.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus.
• $500 referral bonus.
• Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) bonus – $750 if CLP presented within 7 days of completing the virtual CLP class, $250 if presented within 14 days.

• No college degree or high school diploma required.
