As a Used Car Technician at Thomas KIA of Highland, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining pre-owned vehicles. This hands-on, fast-paced position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with the service team to ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on pre-owned vehicles to ensure optimal functionality
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
• Identify and address safety concerns to maintain vehicle safety standards
• Conduct test drives to verify repairs and ensure performance
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed on vehicles
• Work collaboratively with other team members to streamline service processes and ensure efficient workflow

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Strong knowledge of automotive technology and diagnostic tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Certification from a recognized automotive institution (preferred)

• Competitive compensation: $20 - $43 per hour, based on experience and skill level
