Role Description

The BDC Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Highland, IN. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective and existing customers. The BDC Representative will schedule sales and service appointments, answer questions about vehicles and dealership services, and follow up with leads to support the sales team. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, responding promptly and professionally to all customer communications, and coordinating with sales and service staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and a strong focus on meeting response-time and appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
  • Clear, professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette, with the ability to handle high call volumes and varied customer needs.
  • Sales awareness and skills, with comfort supporting lead generation, follow-up, and appointment setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or contact management systems.
  • Ability to work on-site full time, with reliable punctuality and time management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior automotive, call center, or retail experience is a plus.
  • Positive, professional attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
