Qualifications & Experience- Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Indiana
- Prior experience supporting K-12 students in school settings preferred
- Broad knowledge of psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and legal frameworks
- Strong communication and consultative abilities with students, staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability to address the diverse needs of a school population
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development
- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational assessments to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor interventions and behavior plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide recommendations
- Offer counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Support a safe, positive, and inclusive school climate
- Maintain comprehensive and timely student records in accordance with policies
