Chase - 9600 Cline Avenue - Responsibilities:
Greet clients who enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check-in and schedule meetings;
Open new accounts and perform account servicing and maintenance while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build meaningful customer relationships and work with branch team to help clients reach financial goals;
Perform branch operations including cash devices (e.g., cash vault, ATM) in accordance with bank policies
