Qualifications:
- MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Active Illinois BCBA license or willingness to obtain it
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred- but training available if not
Role Overview:
As a BCBA, you will work along with a multidisciplinary team to create programs for behavior reduction as well as skill acquisition with a student-centered outlook. This is the perfect position to grow in the field of behavior analysis and support individuals in a school-based setting.
This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Lead and support RBTs in implementing effective strategies throughout the school day
- Partner closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, and families to foster consistency and measurable progress
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision for RBTs
