Job Overview
Dental Insurance/Billing Receptionist at Wisdom Teeth Guys, Highland, UT.
ResponsibilitiesManage patient calls on our billing extension and provide administrative support for the insurance and accounting teams.
Handle inbound calls from patients regarding insurance, statements, balance owed, refunds or credits, and other billing/insurance related items.
Manage mailing, send patient statements, and support the insurance team in dental billing tasks.
Work remotely part of the week (if eligible) and in office at least two days per week.
Requirements- Detail oriented
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Dental insurance knowledge
- Fast learner
Full-time position, 30-32 hours per week with accrued paid time off.
