What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a trusted financial guide by providing expert advice and personalized solutions to members
  • Build strong relationships through outreach, education, and proactive communication
  • Assist members with consumer and home equity loan applications from application through funding
  • Analyze financial information to recommend the best lending and product solutions
  • Act as a single point of contact, advocating for members and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Support onboarding of new members and ensure they are set up with the right products and services
  • Participate in community events and employer group outreach to build brand awareness
  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

What We’re Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in financial services or customer-facing roles
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of consumer lending products, including auto and home equity loans
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze financial information and make sound recommendations
  • Experience with member-facing technology and remote banking systems preferred
Work Environment:
  • Full-time, in-person role (Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday mornings)
  • Office environment with frequent computer and phone use
  • Occasional participation in community and outreach events
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
