Service Advisor Assistant

Location: 1190 Plum Valley Lane, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129

Employment Type: Full Time (Hourly)

Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour

Valid driver’s license: Required

• Promptly greet and assist clients who enter or contact the dealership in a highly professional manner.
• Research upcoming advisor appointments prior to customer arrival.
• Assist in preparing customer paperwork and checklists.
• Greet guests by name when arriving.
• Perform guest walk‑around process.
• Contact customers about the status of their vehicle repair and respond to any customer questions.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors on work in process.
• May update systems.
• Coordinate the staging of vehicles according to pickup times.
• Shadow experienced Advisor staff and develop skills, including checking vehicle maintenance records, examining service schedules, ascertaining performance problems by listening to customer descriptions, developing estimates, initiating repairs and creating repair orders, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, communicating repairs with customers and obtaining approvals.

• Minimum 6 months service drive experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
