Instructional Faculty - Spanish

This position offices in-person, on campus

ROLE SUMMARY

A Spanish Instructional Faculty member in the World Language Department at Valor Christian High School demonstrates strong competency across Spanish curricula and collaborates closely with the World Language team to design consistent assessments and deliver effective instruction. They prepare students to become Christ-centered leaders by integrating Biblical truth and Christian values into daily teaching. Faculty demonstrate a vibrant personal faith, love students well, and cultivate respectful, engaging classrooms that promote critical thinking, collaboration, and innovation.

They also mentor students spiritually, emotionally, and academically through Life Groups, prayer partnerships, and co-curricular opportunities, partnering with parents and colleagues to support holistic student growth and achievement.

  • Understand the curriculum of a wide range of Spanish courses (college preparatory, honors, AP, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the World Language team to develop and deliver consistent assessments and sound instruction
