We’re looking for an organized, energetic, and passionate Assistant Director who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves developing others, and is excited to help lead a growing school. What You’ll Do- Supporting overall center operations and daily management
- Maintaining Colorado licensing compliance and ensuring all child and staff files are accurate and up to date
- Managing enrollment paperwork, medication documentation, and administrative records
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting teachers to help them succeed
- Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting classroom ratios and stepping into classrooms as needed
- Assisting with scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs
- Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and positivity

- Meets Colorado Director or Large Center Director qualifications (or is qualified as an Early Childhood Teacher with leadership experience)
- Previous experience in childcare leadership or administration
- Strong understanding of Colorado childcare licensing regulations
- Experience with enrollment, compliance, and administrative systems
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
