After School Children's Enrichment Cooking Instructor

Sticky Fingers Cooking® is looking for an enthusiastic part‑time After School Children's Enrichment Cooking Instructor in the Highlands Ranch area to help cultivate cool culinary curiosity in kids. Applications are accepted through July 22, 2026 for immediate interviewing to teach in the Fall (beginning Aug/Sept). Training will begin in July or early August.

• Flexibility: classes weekdays 1‑5 PM; instructors available at 2 PM.

• Fun atmosphere: create a hands‑on, dynamic experience for kids 3‑18.

• Lead hands‑on cooking classes: teach chopping, mixing, measuring, and creating recipes.
• Spark creativity: introduce new ingredients, cuisines, and cultures.
• Stay organized: prepare curricula, shop for ingredients, set up safe kitchens.
• Be the face of fun: inspire and encourage kids as they gain confidence.

• Experienced working with kids of various ages and backgrounds.
• Available to teach 1‑hour classes (on campus 90+ minutes) at least 2 days a week between 2‑5 PM, Monday‑Friday; available starting at 2 PM.
• Punctual, reliable, comfortable managing groups of 8‑14 kids; arrive 20‑30 minutes prior.
• Able to commit to 4‑12 week sessions.
• Willing to obtain a Serv Safe Food Handler Certification.
• Lift up to 30 lbs to store and transport materials.
• Have a reliable vehicle and be able to drive.

• Competitive pay: $65 for a one‑hour class + food reimbursement.

As an instructor, you’ll travel to different schools and bring the kitchen to kids. Using tried‑and‑true recipes, you’ll teach essential cooking skills, food safety, history, and culture behind dishes while fostering creativity and confidence. Kids slice, dice, and learn about global cuisines in a fun environment.
