We're looking for an organized, energetic, and passionate Assistant Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing others, and is excited to help lead a growing school. As our Assistant Director, you'll partner closely with the Center Director to help lead daily operations by:

• Supporting overall center operations and daily management
• Maintaining Colorado licensing compliance and ensuring all child and staff files are accurate and up to date
• Managing enrollment paperwork, medication documentation, and administrative records
• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting teachers to help them succeed
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging learning environment
• Supporting classroom ratios and stepping into classrooms as needed
• Assisting with scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs
• Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and positivity

The ideal candidate is:

• A team player who enjoys supporting others and leading by example

• Meets Colorado Director or Large Center Director qualifications (or is qualified as an Early Childhood Teacher with leadership experience)
• Previous experience in childcare leadership or administration
• Strong understanding of Colorado childcare licensing regulations
• Experience with enrollment, compliance, and administrative systems
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
