Lockheed Martin is designing, developing, and delivering a next-gen wideband MILSATCOM system comprised of integrated space and ground segments that will provide enhanced communications capacity, flexibility and resiliency. This position will be a key member of the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team in support of the final design, development, production, integration, test, and delivery of this critical capability focused on Electrical Systems Integration In this role you will:
- Support the integration lead for different Electrical subsystems - Support the definition of electrical system interfaces - Support the requirement decomposition and allocation process with the Requirements team - support anomaly investigations - Support the definition, analysis, and recommendation of Trade Study options related to the electrical systems - Perform data and document reviews and provide feedback for technical and program documentation - Support systems/hardware integration, test planning and execution and find opportunities for build flow and test efficiencies This position is contingent on program award, expected in 3Q 2026.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with the integration, design, test, or analysis of Electrical, RF, or Software products or subsystems - Demonstrated ability to team across organizational boundaries and geographical locations to collaborate with and influence others - Ability to obtain a DOD SECRET Security Clearance. Thus US Citizenship is required Desired
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline - Systems Integration experience - Familiar with spacecraft architecture design, development, integration, test - Validated understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors - Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations - Demonstrated behaviors of a systems problem solver;
selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change
- Experience with MBSE concepts in DOORS and Cameo - Active secret clearance # Space NSS Security Clearance Statement:
