Lockheed Martin is designing, developing, and delivering a next-gen wideband MILSATCOM system comprised of integrated space and ground segments that will provide enhanced communications capacity, flexibility and resiliency. This position will be a key member of the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team in support of the final design, development, production, integration, test, and delivery of this critical capability focused on the requirements development, decomposition, and verification.

Basic Qualifications:

- Systems Engineering and/or architecture experience - Aptitude to perform functional and performance-based thread engineering/CONOPs - Experience supporting trade study (definition and execution) - Strong communication and team work skills - Experience working either Satellite or Ground Segment programs - Experience owning TPMs for a development program - MBSE experience - Eligibility to obtain a DOD SECRET Security Clearance. Thus US Citizenship is required Desired

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline - 3+ years of Systems Engineering and/or Architect experience - System Integration Experience - Background in architecting and/or designing communication subsystems (e.g., RF, optical, digital), for space missions - Experience defining, developing, or tailoring Digital Models of complex systems - Active or Current DoD SECRET Security Clearance # Space NSS Security Clearance Statement:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510.
