Role Overview
The Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Associate Manager leads a team of Supplier Quality Engineers, ensuring the flow-down of requirements to suppliers, conducting supplier assessments and improvement, maintaining quality management systems, and coordinating supplier assignments while providing resource management to ensure effective mission success.
Basic Qualifications- Leadership or team lead experience prioritizing and managing workload to meet program needs.
- Demonstrated change agent with experience implementing continuous process improvements.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO
9001, or equivalent). - Knowledge of Supplier Quality activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college in a technical discipline (engineering, math, physics, chemistry, etc.) or equivalent discipline.
- US Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Ability to travel.
- Prior experience in Supplier Quality competencies.
- Experience leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
- Inclusive and customer-focused behavior and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience developing employees and building constructive partner relationships with suppliers, customers, employees, and other business areas.
- Proven ability to manage Quality Assurance efforts in accordance with enterprise-level command media and program-specific requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and organization skills.
- Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt.
- American Society for Quality certifications.
- Familiarity with LM Procure to Pay (P2P), SAP, and/or EPDM systems.
- 5+ years of related experience.
Secret clearance required; US citizenship necessary.
Schedule9x80 every other Friday off.

CompensationPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
