- Develop/analyze/verify system level requirements and document & manage accordingly.
- Manage DOORS database and perform DOORS administration.
- Coordinate with customer and other contractors to conduct verification planning, analyses and tests.
- Organize/coordinate objective evidence creation and documentation for lifecycle reviews and verification selloff.
- Organize/coordinate system level technical reviews.
- Support all phases of the program lifecycle (development, production, and post production).
- Implement Model Based Systems Engineering philosophy to requirements and verification planning.
- Build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Customer, SEIT, AIT, Segments and Suppliers).
- Be accountable to the System Engineering IPT Lead for executing engineering efforts on schedule.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Working knowledge or experience in systems engineering, preferably in requirements and verification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (DOORS and CAMEO).
- Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Requirements, Verification and ICD development experience.
- Familiarity with program and design review process (SRR, PDR, CDR, FRR, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members.
- Degree in Systems Engineering or other relevant field, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Certificate.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Salary:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,400 - $129,260. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. This salary information is a general guideline only.
