• Ensure completeness of converting mission requirements into system solutions
• Definitize the system architecture and subsequent design
• Develop and define interfaces between critical elements
• Perform the necessary analysis to accomplish mission requirement conversion and architecture definitization

• Systems Engineering and/or architecture experience
• Aptitude to perform functional and performance‑based thread engineering/CONOPs
• Experience supporting trade study (definition and execution)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working on Satellite or Ground Segment programs
• Experience owning TPMs for a development program
• MBSE experience
• Eligibility to obtain a DOD SECRET Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline
• 3+ years of Systems Engineering and/or Architecture experience
• System Integration experience
• Background in architecting and/or designing communication subsystems (e.g., RF, optical, digital) for space missions
• Experience defining, developing, or tailoring Digital Models of complex systems
• Active or Current DoD SECRET Security Clearance

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, and US citizenship is required.

Eligibility: Position is contingent on program award, expected in 3Q 2026. Applicant must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
