Responsibilities- Ensure completeness of converting mission requirements into system solutions
- Definitize the system architecture and subsequent design
- Develop and define interfaces between critical elements
- Perform the necessary analysis to accomplish mission requirement conversion and architecture definitization
- Systems Engineering and/or architecture experience
- Aptitude to perform functional and performance‑based thread engineering/CONOPs
- Experience supporting trade study (definition and execution)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working on Satellite or Ground Segment programs
- Experience owning TPMs for a development program
- MBSE experience
- Eligibility to obtain a DOD SECRET Security Clearance (US Citizenship required)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline
- 3+ years of Systems Engineering and/or Architecture experience
- System Integration experience
- Background in architecting and/or designing communication subsystems (e.g., RF, optical, digital) for space missions
- Experience defining, developing, or tailoring Digital Models of complex systems
- Active or Current DoD SECRET Security Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, and US citizenship is required.
Eligibility: Position is contingent on program award, expected in 3Q 2026. Applicant must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
