- Serve as the Concurrent Enterprise (CE) Lead
- Establish and drive the CE vision at Space, including, but limited to, the vision, processes, and playbook
- Apply Systems Thinking and Systems Engineering Fundamentals that enable CE
- Engage Space programs for their feedback and piloting opportunities
- Coordinate with Systems Integration & Engineering (SI&E) leadership
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working Systems Engineering on Space programs.
- Experience across multiple domains (e.g., Requirements, Design, Test, and Verification).
- Experience working and leading cross‑functional teams.
- Understand data exchanges and hand‑offs between disciplines (e.g., SE to Design).
- Experience with Systems‑Level Verification and Testing.
- Soft Skills (e.g., give presentations, manage workload).
- Familiar with Model‑Based Engineering Tools and Approaches.
- Understanding of Systems Engineering Fundamentals and Systems Thinking.
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain or maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Experience with Concurrent Engineering concepts and approaches.
- Recognized as an authority in systems thinking techniques with a proven track record to apply them to a wide range of sophisticated problems and train others in their application.
- Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering.
- Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate.
- Experience with Cameo/Magic Draw/Rhapsody.
- Experience with IBM DOORS.
- Integrating analysis tools via Model Center.
- Active Top‑Secret Clearance.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Top Secret.
Compensation and BenefitsPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 – $226,435. This position is incentive plan eligible.
