Thesuccessfulcandidatewillparticipateinthedevelopment of products throughout the entire cycle, from inception to technical design, and through commercialization.

• Design,develop,test,andsupporthardwareandfirmwarefornext-generationmedical diagnostic products.
• Provideengineeringproductionsupportforexistingmedicaldiagnosticproduct lines.
• Troubleshootcomplexproductionandfieldissues,performrootcauseanalysis,and implement corrective actions.
• Leadorsupportproductverification andvalidationactivitiesrequiredtoqualifyandrelease medical diagnostic devices.
• Leadthetransitionfromengineeringdevelopmenttoproduction,including creationofdesign documentation, test procedures, and production fixturing.
• Developandsupportautomatedproductiontesthardwareand software.
• Collaborate cross-functionallywithmanufacturing,quality,regulatory,andotherengineering teams to ensure continuity of design and requirements.
• Ensureproductdevelopmentandsustainingactivitiescomplywith IEC,FDA,CE,MDSAP,ISO, and other requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including schematics, drawings, specifications, test protocols,riskmanagementfiles,engineeringchangeorders,andregulatorysubmissions.
• Performotherengineering-relatedtasksas required.

• Experience designing,programming,testing,andsupportingmicrocontroller-based systems, including hardware and firmware.
• Strongcircuitdesignandtroubleshooting skills.
• ProficiencywithPCBlayoutCADtoolssuchas
  
  Altium,Allegro,OrCAD,or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Wordand  Excel.
• Strong problem-solving,analytical,organizational,and decision-making abilities.
• Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinateamenvironmentandinteractwithalllevelsofthe organization.

• Experienceworkingwithinamanufacturingenvironment includingfamiliaritywithdesignand process controls.
• Experiencewithdesigningbattery-powereddevicesandworkingwithlow-powerwireless protocols such as Bluetooth Low Energy and WiFi.
• ExperiencewithIEC
  60601medicalelectricalequipmentsafety standards.
• Experiencewithflexiblecircuit design
• ExperiencedevelopingandsupportingPC-basedapplicationsformanufacturingverificationand test.
