Financial Analyst

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college
• Ability to analyze and/or present financial information
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Five or more years of related finance and FP&A experience

FP&A analyst working with program teams to support forecasting activities, managing financial R&Os, and providing ad‑hoc analysis. Provides timely and accurate reporting of program financials (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash) in Hyperion on a monthly, quarterly and annual cadence. Develops and utilizes forward‑looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.

• FP&A experience (MOR, QFR, LRP)
• Knowledge of SAP & Hyperion
• Tableau or data visualization experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment
• Highly detail‑oriented with a proven track record of delivering quality results in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Work location:

Onsite full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
