Integrated Program Planner - Level 3

Overview

This role supports the National Security Space (NSS) Global Communication and Navigation (GCN) team as a Level 3 Program Planner, helping develop and maintain integrated master schedule networks.

Littleton, CO or Highlands Ranch, CO (onsite full‑time).

This position is contingent upon program contract award expected by September 2026.

• Be part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations
• Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program
• Work with cross‑functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required
• Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management

• 3‑7 years of professional experience in an operational planning or scheduling type of capacity
• Proficiency in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, etc
• Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including cost/schedule integration, earned value metrics, performance measurement/reporting, and project control and forecasting
• Demonstrated ability to compile, prepare and present information to management and customers
• Agile Planning and/or Scrum Master awareness and knowledge
• JIRA awareness and knowledge
• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Agile Planning and/or Scrum Master advanced experience
• Advanced experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project
• Additional planning knowledge/experience (e.g., Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP))
• Advanced experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including cost/schedule integration, earned value metrics, performance measurement/reporting, and project control and forecasting
• Proven experience with conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) using Monte Carlo simulations
• JIRA advanced experience
• Strong sense of follow‑up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality

This position requires a U.S. citizen and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.

The annual base salary range is $77,700 – $136,965, depending on location. Salary is a guideline only.

Schedule:

9x80 every other Friday off.
