General Summary of Duties
The Network Engineer supports and maintains the company’s network infrastructure, acting as the first escalation point for Network Administrators. This role handles daily operations, moderate troubleshooting, and participates in project work. Engineers are expected to contribute to network reliability while gaining broader experience with enterprise technologies and demonstrating growing judgment in their work.
Essential FunctionsHybrid/remote environment with occasional on-site requirements. Rotating on-call duties, including evenings and weekends. Some travel to company sites for projects and support.
Education and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two to five years of professional networking experience required.
- Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.

Cisco (routing/switching, ISE), Ruckus (wired/wireless, Smart Zone, Ruckus1), Palo Alto NGFW (Panorama, firewall policies, URL filtering), F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers, Arista (switches, Cloud Vision), Logic Monitor, Net Box, Ansible, Service Now.

Bonus PotentialEligible for 10% annual bonus potential, based on personal and company performance.
