Space Data Network - Backbone is looking for a program manager for a very dynamic program in support of our Nation's space infrastructure needs. As a program manager for SDN-B, you will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of a segment of the program (space vehicle, ground, systems and operations). This position requires ability to obtain and maintain Active Top Secret Clearance.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience and understanding of work breakdown structures (WBS), Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RAM), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and program management plan(s) (PMP)
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience leading program proposals.
• Experience with executive level communications.
• Experience with DoD customers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Active Top Secret Clearance Desired

Skills:

• Experience gathering technical input/scope and decomposing for proposal content that meet the intent of the Systems approach and demonstrate traceability to customer requirements
• Experience partnering on supply chain strategy for subcontract(s) included in on contract and future proposal scope
• Experience with government budgeting processes, US defense acquisition, and on a Space Systems development program is highly desired Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
