** Responsibilities:
*** Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, including new employee IT orientation.
* Prioritize, respond to and resolve IT-related issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
* Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical issues.
* Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or vendors as necessary.
* Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and infrastructure.
* Install, configure, and update software and hardware as required.
** Requirements:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
* 0-2 years Helpdesk Technician experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and listening skills required.
* Research and troubleshooting skills.
* Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
* Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
