We are hiring immediately for full‑time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions at Children’s Hospital of Colorado (1811 Plaza Drive, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129). Online applications only.
Schedule:
Full time;
Monday‑Friday, 11:00 pm‑7:30 am with rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
Requirement:
Prior floor technician experience preferred but not required.

Pay: $19.00 – $21.50 per hour.

Job SummaryFloor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operations of industrial floor care equipment.
Essential Functions- Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles, using proper procedures such as stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
- Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
- Utilize automated equipment for large‑area floor surface cleaning.
- Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp‑surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
- Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
- Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
- Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
