• Compensation Overview:
  This role is based on flagged hours.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1‑3 years of automotive technician experience is required.
• Ability to drive and handle various vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment; team‑oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel & tire equipment, electrical, engine, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized diagnostic devices.
• Tear down, repair, replace, and/or rebuild faulty assemblies such as power systems, steering systems, linkages, pistons, rods, gears, valves, and bearings.
• Rewire ignition systems, lights, and instrument panels and repair manual and automatic transmissions.
• Adequately explain the technical diagnosis and required repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
• Primary responsibilities will be for used cars.
