Charge RN (Night Shift)

Department: HRH OR Operating Room
Full-time, 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period, bi‑weekly)
Shift: Night
Pay: $40.86 – $63.33 per hour, based on experience
Night Shift Incentive Program: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 annually) for full‑time night shift RNs.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved program and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within three years of assuming Charge RN position.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer) valid through 60 days of hire.
- Provide exemplary direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Precept new staff, demonstrating proficiency and supporting their growth.
- Embrace new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Direct care in Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room settings.
- Adhere to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certification standards.
- Receive guidance from Clinical Educators for individualized specialty education.
