Department: HRH OR Operating Room

Full-time, 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period, bi‑weekly)

Shift: Night

Pay: $40.86 – $63.33 per hour, based on experience

Night Shift Incentive Program: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 annually) for full‑time night shift RNs.

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved program and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within three years of assuming Charge RN position.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer) valid through 60 days of hire.

• Provide exemplary direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
• Precept new staff, demonstrating proficiency and supporting their growth.
• Embrace new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
• Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

• Direct care in Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room settings.
• Adhere to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certification standards.
• Receive guidance from Clinical Educators for individualized specialty education.
