Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role located in Highlands Ranch, CO. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, including conducting assessments, taking medical histories, performing focused physical exams, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. Daily responsibilities include managing common gynecologic and women’s health conditions, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, and providing preventive care, counseling, and education. The role involves collaborating with physicians and clinical staff, documenting care in the electronic health record, and participating in quality improvement and care coordination activities.
The Nurse Practitioner will also support patient follow-up, triage clinical concerns, and contribute to a positive, respectful practice environment.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado and national certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Women’s Health or Family)
- Demonstrated clinical skills in women’s health and gynecology, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive care.
- Strong patient communication and education abilities, with a focus on empathy, cultural sensitivity, and shared decision-making.
- Experience using electronic health records and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Prior experience in gynecology, women’s health, or primary care is preferred but not required.
