Role: Provides direct patient care in a specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process and prioritizing safety, quality, and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities: Collaborates within a multidisciplinary team, models proficiency through precepting, and contributes to a fast-paced clinical environment. Ensures secure safety and quality at the point of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. BLS certification is mandatory. Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Key Duties: Performs high-level patient care, supports team-based approaches, and fosters continuous learning and safety in acute care settings.
