Walmart Stores - Up to $80000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback;
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring training and mentoring of associates;
Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating PL Profit Loss statements and budgeting;
Coordinate completes and oversees job-related activities and assignments with key stakeholders and promote continuous learning;
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the Open Door Policy and company ethics
