As a Store Shift Supervisor at Wag N Wash, you’ll help lead the team during your shift, ensuring a great experience for every neighbor and their pets. You’ll balance customer service, team support, and daily operations to keep the store running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead team members by example, delivering excellent customer service
  • Support daily operations and help ensure a smooth, efficient shift
  • Assign tasks and help team members manage priorities and time
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
  • Process transactions, support the register, and handle returns or issues
  • Place and manage special orders and online order fulfillment
  • Reconcile cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
  • Step in to support the team wherever needed during busy periods

Requirements and Responsibilities
  • 2+ years of retail experience
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and move for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders and perform physical store tasks
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Must be 18+ years old and able to meet hiring requirements set by the local franchise owner
