Purpose:

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non‑sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. These roles may involve direct customer or vendor interaction, directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering product order status questions, handling cash management, and maintaining program compliance. The primary goal is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while working cooperatively with other associates, vendors, carriers, and operating with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities require attention to detail, proven time‑management skills, and a high level of integrity. Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
