Work Schedule:

Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)

Full Time Pay Range: $55,000 - $150,000 per year.

Pay Type:

Draw + Commissions, after 60-day paid training

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories.
• Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs.
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
• Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on credit, budget, down payment, and trade‑in values.
• Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
• Competitive drive.
• Heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and use CRM database, Google Suite, and automotive software products.
