Associate Sales Executive

Preferred locations: US East (Jacksonville, FL) or US West (Denver, CO). Distributed from other US geographies will be considered.

As a Territory Sales Representative at RF‑SMART, you will drive growth in enterprise supply chain software by building relationships and a pipeline of Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards, and Microsoft D365 prospects. You will work within a regional selling team alongside a Senior Sales Executive and Solution Consultants, owning a defined territory and progressing prospects through the sales cycle with the goal of full sales cycle ownership.

• Own a defined prospect territory across Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards, and Microsoft D365 accounts.
• Execute personalized, multi‑channel outreach via phone, email, Linked In, and events to warm prospects and generate qualified meetings.
• Maintain consistent, strategic follow‑up cadences over weeks and months.
• Research accounts and surface key stakeholder insights before every meaningful touchpoint.
• Qualify inbound leads and progress them into active sales cycles

• Partner with your Senior Sales Executive to support active opportunities, coordinate demos, prepare materials, and move deals forward.
• Contribute meaningfully on prospect and customer calls to build product and industry knowledge.
• Maintain CRM (Net Suite) accuracy and data integrity

• Support RFP responses and proposal preparation

• Build advocates within accounts who serve as references and amplify RF‑SMART’s reputation.
• Surface insights from prospect conversations that sharpen team strategy.
• Build deep knowledge of the Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards, and D365 ecosystems to act as a trusted resource.
