$27.61 - $41.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

• Maintains plumbing systems, piping systems, and equipment operating systems to suit the needs of a patient care service or of the facility.
• Reviews construction drawings and works with contractors to ensure systems are installed to code. Makes regular tours of construction areas and reports any issues with installations.
• Diagnoses and remedies issues in existing plumbing and piping systems and equipment. Recommends and implements improvements to those systems and/or equipment to correct identified problems.
• Performs general maintenance including installation of appropriate equipment and devices to ensure proper operation of the equipment and devices.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Journeyman Plumbers License.
• 3 years of direct experience.
