What You’ll DoAs our HVAC Service Technician, you’ll wear many hats: problem‑solver, trusted advisor, and customer champion. Your mission is twofold: provide top‑notch service to existing HVAC systems while identifying and recommending tailored solutions that enhance comfort, energy efficiency, and system longevity. You’ll be a critical link between our expertise and the customer’s peace of mind.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Evaluate system performance and educate customers on improvement opportunities, offering a clear path to upgraded comfort.
- Identify potential opportunities for system enhancements, upgrades, and preventative maintenance plans.
- Confidently present solutions and assist customers in selecting services and products that fit their needs and budgets.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and deliver a unified customer experience.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and certifications to offer cutting‑edge solutions.
- A skilled HVAC technician with a flair for customer service and sales.
- 2+ years in HVAC service, maintenance, or repair, with proven success in upselling or consultative selling.
- EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred.
- Proficient with diagnostic tools, software, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and genuinely.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
