We are seeking a highly skilled AI developer with deep expertise in Agentic and Generative AI to drive the next wave of intelligent automation and digital transformation. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions integrated into the Service Now platform, leveraging AI, custom MCP tooling, and third‑party Large Language Models to enhance workflows and deliver innovative business outcomes.

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions within the Service Now platform, including custom MCP tooling and Agentic solutions.
• Integrate and orchestrate third‑party LLMs such as OpenAI and Google Gemini to drive intelligent automation and enhance user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI adoption opportunities, experiment with emerging technologies, and deliver AI‑driven business outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Service Now configurations and AI components, ensuring seamless operation and reliability.
• Identify requirement gaps, provide configuration options with clear pros and cons, and design user‑friendly software that enables customer‑led customization.
• Collaborate with internal customers and business analysts to clarify requirements and architect effective AI‑driven solutions.
• Author comprehensive technical design and build documentation for all facets of the technical infrastructure.
• Conduct research and analysis of existing systems to provide accurate time estimates and recommendations to project managers.
• Participate in project meetings and daily scrums to communicate development status and technical insights.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 2 years of experience with an Advanced degree, or 8+ years of experience overall.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, write high‑quality code, mentor junior developers, and produce clear technical documentation.
• Experience designing scalable, architectural solutions that integrate across broader technical ecosystems and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with AI‑powered solutions and a bachelor’s degree (or 2 years with an Advanced Degree).
• In‑depth knowledge of APIs, web services, and relational database concepts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, REST, SOAP, and HTML.
• Strong Python skills and experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience building GenAI solutions, agents, or conversational applications demonstrating reasoning approaches such as ReAct and Chain‑of‑Thought.
• Demonstrated ability to design and architect Agentic systems, develop agents that perceive, reason, plan, act, and learn, and evaluate agent behavior.
• Experience navigating ethical landscapes and applying responsible AI principles.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, LLM fine‑tuning, and retrieval‑augmented generation.
• Knowledge of MCP servers or comparable model‑serving platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience analyzing and improving business processes and workflows.
• Expertise in designing and optimizing AI‑driven functionalities integrated with Service Now.
• Strong technical background in Service Now‑specific development tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of the CMDB, data modeling, and Service Now ITSM/ITOM product portfolio.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Service Now Admin (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable.

• Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI architecture designs and deployment.
• Established track record of mentoring junior developers and delivering technical documentation.
• Advanced understanding of multi‑agent systems, human‑agent interaction, and risk mitigation.
