Staff Accountant
Salary: $65k–$75k + Bonus

• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close processes

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances

• Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting

• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and reporting accuracy

• Support audit activities by preparing schedules and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of accounting experience (public or corporate) preferred

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and on a team
