WhatAre We Looking For?
- Review and interpret construction documents (drawings and specifications) to support project requirements.
- Assist Project Managers with multiple concurrent projects, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination.
- Maintain and track project logs, including submittals, RFIs, closeout documents, and related correspondence.
- Process submittals and ensure timely completion of project closeout documentation in accordance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate Owner training sessions and attend/record sessions as needed.
- Communicate project updates and relevant information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain project files (electronic and hard copy), including plans and manuals.
- Support project communications and assist in gathering information to respond to inquiries from Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors.
- Manage incoming calls and communications for Project Managers and division leadership.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to estimators, field teams, and corporate staff as needed.

- Minimum of 3 years of project coordination or high-level administrative experience, or relevant coursework in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and document management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
