Live Event Producer and Show Caller

Mills James Inc, a leader in biopharmaceutical innovation, seeks a Live Event Producer and Show Caller to deliver high-impact live, virtual, and hybrid events. You will own the full production lifecycle for scientific conferences, product launches, and global town halls, from concept through execution. Responsibilities include developing run-of-show and cue sheets, calling complex shows, directing technical teams, and ensuring pharma-compliant content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production for live, virtual, and hybrid biotech/pharma events
• Create and own show flows, cue sheets, and technical rundowns
• Serve as primary show caller, directing audio, video, lighting, and staging teams in real time
• Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to translate scientific content into engaging experiences
• Coordinate vendors, crew, and technical resources; manage onsite rehearsals and run-throughs
• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards for pharmaceutical communications
• Manage production timelines, budgets, and risk/contingency plans
• Support integration of streaming platforms and event technologies for global audiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally to uphold brand standards and audience engagement goals
• Contribute to continuous improvement of event production processes and best practices
