Are you a customer service rock-star who thrives on building lasting relationships? Eco is looking for a passionate Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role is more than just answering calls; it’s about being the welcoming voice of our company, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every customer feels heard and appreciated. If you bring a positive attitude and a drive to deliver 7-star service, we’d love to have you on our team!
Shift
- Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm - $20/hr
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - $19/hr
What You'll Do
- Be the welcoming voice of Eco by serving as the first point of contact for every client. Schedule service appointments with accuracy and care, while creating meaningful, long-lasting relationships built on trust and exceptional service.
- Handle client information with precision while entering data accurately, managing communication through phone, chat, and email, and ensuring every interaction reflects your commitment to quality and consistency.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Take full ownership of the customer journey by following up on appointments, responding to client feedback and reviews, and proactively ensuring each customer’s satisfaction from beginning to end.
- Thrive in a supportive team environment where your ideas are encouraged and your contributions make a real impact.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to clearly and professionally convey information across phone, chat, and email.
- Strong ability to accurately enter and manage client information, track appointments, and follow up on tasks with precision.
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems, scheduling software, and digital communication tools to streamline workflow and enhance the customer experience.
- Comfortable using CRM software and scheduling tools.
- Friendly, approachable, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to representing Eco’s values in every client interaction.
